"Connected with Logan through zillow and was contacted immediately to set up an appointment to understand my situation, needs, and goals. He showed up prepared to discuss and answer every single questions and concern I had; good, bad, or ugly. he walked the home/property I was selling and gave recommendations on how to make the sale go as smoothly as possible to attract prospective buyers, appease inspectors, and appraisers. The entire process working with Logan, from start to finish, was one I am already looking forward to doing again as soon as possible. No matter how many calls or texts, or the time of day, he responded timely and thoroughly with pros and cons of any ideas I wanted to run by him, and gave his own advice based on his experience.
